Returns & Exchanges
Posture Studio produces garments in limited quantities to maintain quality, exclusivity, and reduce unnecessary waste.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
We are happy to offer:
Size Exchanges
If your item does not fit as intended, we offer size exchanges subject to availability. Exchange requests must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order and garments must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Store Credit (optional — I genuinely recommend including this)
If your preferred size is unavailable, we may issue store credit for the value of your item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@posture.design and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Sale items and limited releases may be ineligible for exchange unless faulty.
Posture Studio reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
